End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ABLE: Green application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") with ABLE Network Media Group LLC ("Company"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Ownership
The Service, including the name 'ABLE: Green', source code, and database, is the exclusive property of ABLE Network Media Group LLC.
3. License Grant
ABLE Network Media Group LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
4. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content that you create, post, or share on the App ("User Content"). You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. ABLE Network Media Group LLC reserves the right to remove any User Content at its sole discretion including but not limited to items that are prohibited by law or our community guidelines.
5. Liability and Exchange of Goods
ABLE Network Media Group LLC is not responsible for the quality of produce exchanged between users. Users assume all risks associated with the exchange of goods and services facilitated by the App.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or ABLE Network Media Group LLC. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. ABLE Network Media Group LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ABLE Network Media Group LLC be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the App.
